I have stock rims with 265x70x17 I was going to put spider trac wheel spacers which I was told I need hub centric ones is that correct? 2nd question I was at 4 wheel parts and was looking at different pro comp rims in 17x9 6.5x5 spacing and an offset of 4.5 then they would say hub centric no. The guy helping me said I need a rim that is hub centric too and pro comp doesnt make any for my 2010 pre runner. Have u guys heard of this? So I need hub centric rims too?

You are correct on the spydertrax being hub centric for tacos

Not sure on the wheels but fellow members have procomp wheels
    On their trucks

You don't NEED hub centric wheels, but having them will reduce the chance of vibes. I'd say 75% of the members on here with aftermarket wheels have non-hubcentric wheels

Well that makes me feel better. Thought I was one of the few that made that decision.
