hub to fender rear height w/tsb

    My front lift center hub to fender is 22 1/4. I have a 1.5" block in the rear (not sure center to hub measurement at work right now). It's a 2013 dc trd with tsb. I want to remove the 1.5" block. Will this lower the rear exactly 1.5" from current height? I do not want to be noise high. Anyone know rear hub to fender height with the tsb?

    Haven't measured my hub to fender but ground to fender is around 37" rear
