I’m going to buy a few of the new hue bulbs (100w) and wire up a few to my roof rack. These are Bluetooth enabled so my theory is they should work in the truck. Does anyone know of an outdoor light housing that takes a screw in bulb? Surprisingly hard to find.

Welcome to the forum! Those are an AC powered light. Is your intent to run it off the bed outlet that only works when the truck is running? If so you’d want to be sure to get an outdoor rated product, not indoor ones. If the rack is permanently mounted, you’d be better off with a 12v DC product designed for vehicle use, there are color changing products like Hue out there in 12v DC.

Yeah this is a horrible idea lol

Look for 12v RGB LED’s and a Bluetooth controller for them
