I've found with most "customer service" if you get a ripe shit head on the phone the first time, call back again and get someone else. Sometimes you get connected to a few real assholes to get someone who will glady help you any way they can. Goes for about any company I've ever had a product/service issue with.

Order your tires through the local Discount Tires, they price match treaddepot for me and they warranty it as well.

its crazy how one of the most over looked things is changing out a spare tire on their now lifted truck. ...

I used to "adjust" tires at a shop. It's just a term used to calculate the percentage of tread left to figure the customers replacement price. Tires blow for all kinds of reasons. I saw some pretty bizarre things sticking out of flat tires. The Ops tire looks like a bona fide defect. Kinda scary.

What is considered to be a proper jack? The big floor jacks you would have in your garage? I have one of those but they are so heavy I'm not sure if I want to be driving around with it. Or would a hilift work? Serious question LOL I want to know for the future when I lift my truck

    Bigger Taller Slower
A chunk or two of 2x6 and will usually make up for the few inches most trucks frames are actually lifted from oem height

This reminds me of the Firestone blowouts that happened a few years ago. Definitely seems like a defect. Hopefully, it was limited to that one tire and not an entire production run.

    Wrecked!
I hate TOYO. I have had three sets of different toyos and all of them had issues. two sets cupped after less then 20k and one set I had a defective one and les shawb woulnt cover it even though I purchased it there and there road side issurance, they only gave me 50% off a new one even though it only had a few 1000 miles on it.

    enough to go over stuff
Taller bottle jack or a hilift if you have sliders/plate bumpers to hilift off of.

    This thing looks cool

Just some blocks like a 6x6 or some board and your bottle jack is good for road use.

I carry blocks that could be used for that but its much safer to get a taller jack and leave the blocks tire chocking

That would be a catastrophic tire failure! Glad you're okay. Very dangerous situation to have a blowout at speed.

True. But I'm too cheap. Usually I have boards or 6x6's in the bed for dropping a trailer too. Stacked board is still safer than a Hi-Lift.
