Changed the DRIVERS side wheel bearing and it fixed mine. Im wondering if there is something to the high speed vs low speed... Like if its only at high speed, and it goes away when you turn, its the bearing opposite the direction of turn.. But if at low speed, its the bearing in the direction of turn... Interesting

Came here because I think my right bearing is going bad and this is the answer I was looking for. I’ve done them both before and I could tell right away last time but now that I’m long travel things feel different in the truck. I drove 1000 miles up the east coast and every time I went around a right curve at 75-80 I could feel a violent vibrating sensation from the right wheel and smooth as butter when I turned left. Just had ecgs bushing installed and 4 alignments in one day a few weeks ago so I guess new year new bearings..
