I have a hum that is coming from the front ride side of my truck I don't believe it's my tires because it isn't constant. It happens on random occasion, the truck also pulls to the right slightly when the hum isn't there. I've seen some videos on wheel bearing and I don't think it's that because it's not all the time. I've looked for rubbing and can't see anything that may be causing the issue

Jack up the truck and check for play.

Sounds like a wheel bearing to me.

If it gets worse on right turns and stops on left turns, its probably a wheel bearing.

I had the same thing. Was intermittent and as time went on it would occur longer. Was never constant though. I went with BamaToy's wheel bearings kit and haven't had an issue since. He's in the 2nd gen market place. I'd recommend picking up his kit if it's your bearings.

My bet is a wheel bearing, but also try and see if it is there in 4WD or not. You can engage 4WD on pavement as long as you don't make any significant turns.
