I have a slight humming coming from the front of my 09 Tacoma 4WD. I've tried slightly different air pressure and rotating. Recently alignment is still holding straight and still hums. I noticed that after a few miles of test driving the rotor is hot. Brakes seem to always be making some contact but I can spin the wheel somewhat off the ground but it won't make a complete revolution on its own. Is this normal? I'm trying to rule out other causes before inspecting the bearing. Thanks in advance for any help.

When turning either to the left or right, does the sound go away? Sounds to me like a wheel bearing also. When i had a right front bearing going out, the noise would go away momentarily when turning to the right.

Edited to add: mine made the most noise when traveling 40-55mph
