I have a 19 DBCB Taco OR 4x4, and while it may have always been there seems more noticeable since I lifted. Kind of a cyclical hum that is more noticeable when decelerating. Getting ready to take it in for 5k checkup, I’m sure they will blame it on my lift. Anyone else notice similar? Guessing it’s coming from Diff/Drivetrain. Plan on doing so research on here also so save your time telling me to search.

Is there a particular speed you notice it at? I have the diff howl between 50-60mph. There are tons of threads here about that. Just search diff howl. Also do you have M/T or A/T. I have a M/T and it's a bit whiny, but mainly at lower speeds.

AT, seems to be loudest when cold but yes around 45-60 MPH, thanks for tip I’ll dig in and do some research, tried diff drop but didn’t help with hum, hopefully saves my CVs

It could be your CV needle bearing if it’s stronger while deceleration (usually). Is it there in 4wd?

Have you done the ECGS bushing replacement?

Don’t think it’s the diff whine, not as high pitched. I’ll record and upload vid.
