    Diego's Mexican - Pearl City ....... closest taste to what can be found in Mexico, IMO

    You Hungry - I was a regular since they had delivery in Waikiki in 1999-2003. They have a lunch wagon now but have not tried it since. Everything is good.

    Taiyo Ramen - next to Sears Ala Moana. Chicken katsu curry on rice, side of mandoo and kim chee. My favorite since 1998.

    Miki's - Pearl City ........ Turkey Tail Adobo on rice and the Lau Lau plate my favorites.

    Marujyu Market - now across Waimalu Elementary. Plate lunches the best.

    Kalama's - bottom of napopo- 1/2 pound KIMCHEE BURGER=WINNAHS

    Hayashi's You Make the Roll- Ali'i drive- tiny sushi shop, but blows Genki's outta the water, and cheap too!

    Superjays- Literally a lady sellin Laulau outta her house, but the best damn laulau you'll ever have. She was even on the Food channel's "Best I Ever Had". That laulau... Don't break the mouth, DESTROYS the mouth!
