why's everyone hate Gorman so much? I think it's a lot of fun. and my favorite part about it is it's only 75 minutes away from home which is WAY closer than anywhere else for me. I'm sure for 4x4 vehicles there's better wheeling elsewhere but The way I see it is good times, and good company and I'm having fun no matter where we're at.

well me and Ryan went a lot last year and year before that so it got boring and compared to any other wheeling we do now Gorman is boring.

But I still have blast if I do end up going not gunna off road my taco kind of went little to hard in cal city over the weekend once it stops raining I need to go thru torque and maybe gusset few things and possible swing down tire carrier add on to my bumper.

Yeah, I can get that it gets boring if you go all the time...I'm trying to figure out what I want to bring more, the Tacoma since I just put TC UCAs on it, or the 4Runner which actually has 4wd and I haven't gotten to take off road yet...which kind of scares me because I feel like I'll have shitty luck and something will break the first time out...and then I wont' have a way to drive home.

nice! that'll be rad! yeah, I'm thinking I'll go through the 4Runner this weekend and just make sure everything is good. I recently checked cv boots and greased the driveshaft and everything feels good. Checked around the suspension and things look ok, no leaks, etc. Just gonna go around and torque everything real good. Only things that were a big concern to me is the brakes are a little soft and there's a little vibration at highway speeds. Gonna try bleeding the brakes this weekend then maybe get the front wheels re-balanced. Hopefully that fixes those things.

...besides this was the easiest for the Nor Cal boys to meet up so they don't have to drive as far to other spots :gossip:

Bamftaco and manwithoutaplan...we didn't even wheel inside hungry valley last time. We ended up doing miller/Lockwood the entire day Saturday with some other trails in Los Padres so we didn't get a chance to check out Hungry Valley.

hahaha oh shit, now I know two people who's birthdays fall on Christmas Day! well dude, like I said, as long as you can afford gas to get out there (and I actually get paid on Friday), then I got you covered for food/beer. and if you can't afford gas you can just ride with me.
