you should be able to fit an allen wrench at the very end of the bolt at the top of the rear shock to secure it while you loosen the nut.

    Got it!!!!

Ok so next (thought the back was easy lol)

Everything is ready to be dropped, I start dropping it and now the rear leaf pack bolt is catching something in the rear and I cant lower the axle and leaf springs, its like stuck.....

Now this part I am clueless on, I tried prying it but no go.

I thought about undoing the ubolts then I could pull the leaf springs out.....

Ok just called demello theyre going to have someone call me back,

After looking at it, the factory bolt looks like its the biggest that can go through the factory hole on the axle.

So I wont be able to get a bigger bolt through there, now when I put the factory bolt through the shock ere is quite a bit of play in it.

Im not sure if that is normal or not because they fit my factory ones perfect...... Help? Lol

Yes I was and yes I am.

My dad isnt crazy about it but eh, oh well I guess.

It would be nice getting his approval though.

Ok so its 2am and Im finally done for the night not much pics.

Between going to lowes for tools, u bolts, and being called out for fire runs I am finally at the stage where I can say Im almost done!!!!

The back is good to go except needs new shocks!!! Mine currently top out every bump!!!!!

Just got done getting the front shocks and coils out, they are going tomorrow to the shop to get the top plate thing on the new shocks.

After blood and sweat I can say I am proud of doing this myself, it has been frustrating annoying agitating nasty etc....

But I did it and Im proud.

Also thanks to my friend he may have saved my life, I had two pairs of jacks set up (four total) one was a safety pair his idea..

One jack failed, no clue how or what happened but that safety jack saved my life.

Pics tomorrow and not many because of the frustration sorry guys lol

Ok wow, what a 2 day project!!!

Well finally done (minus the rear shocks). The issue on the rear shocks, is a he said she said so waiting to talk to the guy that sold them to me. Because the lady I spoke to said he said they would work. I dont think so but if he can explain it to me ok!

Anyway here are the pics! It went fairly smooth, I thought I broke my knee cap at one point LOL

The rear is a SOLID 4" my stock shocks are 1/2" from topping out so everytime I hit a bump they top out....

The front is a SOLID 3", I used TJM in the front and the front is nice and smooth! The rear is like a horrid ride though haha.

I have some pretty nasty vibrations between 4-16mph then they get easier up to 37mph and then practically disappear. I have not had a alignment yet, my tires also need to be balanced.

I know the 4-16mph is driveline though so need to try and fix that it bugs me.

My friend was laughing because he said man I thought you let the jack all the way down I was like DAMMMMMMMMMMM

I was tightening the tires so they were barely on the ground. Then I dropped the jack and the rear end only moved like 1/4 inch hahahah we were like damn!!!!!!
