Me to but I'm glad they didn't..

I was torn at first, I wanted it to be then I didn't. Either way I was going to be ok.

I have a lot of time and love in this truck.

Yea you've but a lot into it that'd suck to let it go. Hope they fix it right. You gonna get a replacement steel bumper or go the high-clearance route?

    Well glad you asked...

I wanted an all pro bumper, called them up they said yes we have one, we'll ship it today.

Called back later with o no we don't have it, (as I have read they do that alot) but whatever.

So looking at a CBI one now... High clearance

Nice. I've heard too many bad things about AP. CBI does good work too.

I'm looking at the pics and you rear bumper looks like it held up pretty good. Is the bumper itself mangled or just the receiver hitch?

Bumper only has some dents in it lol, the hitch is what stopped/redirected most of the fury...

Yeah not good ones, I have to get them from my dad.

It was a 2000 E-150 fully loaded down. It couldn't be driven away even if he wasn't drunk. My hitch hit it so hard it buried in the engine and tore off the front bumper when it was being forced down.

Coolant among other fluids were draining everywhere LOL.....

Cops were cool about it though.

Well ordered my Bushmaster 2.0 this morning, can't commend the customer service enough!!

Worked with me and answered every question I had!

I ordered the bushmaster 2.0 with powdercoating, no rear back up lights, or anything else. O well I did get the hitch of course!!

He said he's hoping to have it shipped by the 20th since i need it soon as I can get it to get my truck fixed!

    I'll keep everyone updated

    Well after seeing this [IMG]

I hate copying people but I am going to see if CBI can do something similar that thing is LEGIT!!! I wanted something like that but didn't know how to explain it.

Hopefully dark does not come to my house and murder me in my sleep or get upset as I do not want to copy it exactly however it looks so awesome ya know?

Also upon researching thinking I'm going to run 255/85/16;s

    What do you guys think?

They said even if they had to replace the frame they wouldn't total it.

If he would have hit me in the front then it would be totaled.

They explained my hitch (I had the hitch in) took most of it and transferred it through the frame so it kinda absorbed a lot more then usual or something.

    285 what?

I also thought I had to cab cut for 285s?

I dont mind to trim but not cab cutting.

I didn't even see your bumper til I ordered mine, sent CBI a email waiting on reply.

    That bumper looks GREAT!

ALso scored some sliders I'm going to have welded on....

Am I getting ready for rock crawling? Or zombies?

Most people trim the cab mount...but I seent one guy that found a alignment dude that centered his wheel. No even trimming of plastic, n he wheels a bit  If it was any other dude I wouldn't believe him but yea, it can be done ;)

Well talke to CBI they could do some tubing but not much without my truck being there. It was also shipped to powder coating on Friday (very happy on build time) so I went ahead and passed on the tubing.

Not a biggy! However for the record Nathan was willing I work with me and get me the tubing I wanted I just needed to let him know ASAP.
