Dumped a small yote out of the pack of 4, they took off once i started to squeak at them.

This was about 200 yards, Tikka .223 with 55gr Barnes TSX. For sure my best shot with the thermal to date.

Hmmm, thinking about getting some new tires for the lambofeeties, the question is,

get a new summer set to replace the ones with low tread when they are completely bald after this coming fall

or get a new winter set to replace the ones that have a little hole on one side?

Thanks man. I have been very fortunate to be able to hunt and successfully harvest some pretty good bucks. The best part is being able to hunt with my sons and family.

Killed 2 small pigs this am while working on a food plot / camera setup. They usually don't show up during daylight hours so good thing I had a fire stick with me.

I have made 3 tries for mountain lion. Now on my 75th year, not sure I have what it takes to chase hounds again. Here in Colorado I try every year to call one in (I have been a predator hunter since I was 6 when I called in a gray fox for my dad). I have a new location picked out to try soon. One of my goals before I croak is to call in a mountain lion and a bear.
