    That's pretty much how it's done in most of Texas except the east Texas pine country and a few heavily wooded areas near the Red River. Legal and much harder than it seems.

    We dont have acres of corn to draw in 100's of deer like in PA. We use feeders to supplement their feed with high protein feeds all year long.

    Don't want you to misunderstand, it is all good. In PA it is not legal to hunt over a feeder, but people hunt over a baited corn field and claim they weren't hunting a feed plot here. Hell a guy in my neighborhood shoots them at his electric feeder at night with his crossbow.
