Ordered Husky X-Acts on Friday from AutoAnything.com, received Saturday afternoon. Gave me a small discount on top of the sale price after chatting with them. Sweet! Fit looks pretty solid. I like that the passenger side front has a small screw insert to put into carpet to hold the mat in place (you can see the small knob/mold on the passenger front near the back by the seat. Hope these pics help with everyone's decisions.

Order of pics: Front passenger, front passenger, front driver, rear driver, rear passenger

Just got my Husky X Acts and I am super happy with the front ones. They are everything I had hoped the factory all weathers would be and they even came with an anchor for the passenger side. Why Toyota didn't build in a passanger side floormat anchor is beyond me.

I am split on if the husky rear mat is an improvement from the factory all weather. The Huskys have a larger lip to keep liquid from spilling off the side, but the Husky mat doesn't seem to extend as far back on the sides of the rear seat as the factory mat. There is a pretty good amount of carpet still exposed behind the mat. That said, the material does seem to be thicker and feels more durable than factory, so that's a plus.

For sake of matching the fronts, I think I am going to stick with the Husky rear mat too.

Toyota saved 37 cents per vehicle by not putting that passenger side anchor in...

I bet I could retire off that sum of money. Not saying they shouldn't have done it. Just saying that's a lot of money.

Husky won't make X-act Contour liners for manual transmission Tacomas because Toyota is projecting that only 5% of trucks moved will be MT. I really hate this. Toyota is what is driving this 5%. I think more Tacoma owners would be driving MTs if they didn't have to jump through hurdles to own one. I had to wait 3 months and argued with a handful of dealerships before I found one that would order me a manual transmission TRD OR. They say people aren't buying them, but they're just not making them. I now have to settle for the Weatherbeaters. Thanks Obama.

What exactly is the problem with making the X-acts for the automatic fit in the manual? The third pedal? I don't have my manual '16 yet, but need to order some mats. I guess I will need to go with Weatherbeaters, especially considering the X-acts and the Weatertechs don't fit the manual transmission models.

I think the issue is with the dead pedal. Particularly the size of the dead pedal in an automatic, vice a manual. The guy at Husky whom I talked with today explained that this extra large dead pedal hump could interfere with the clutch. After seeing pictures, I could see why this would be a concern.

I just ordered them from Autoanything as well, but they were 186.92! They currently have a 20% sitewide discount on orders over $99, but it wouldn't apply to my liners. I opened a chat to see why it didn't work, and they said it was based on mfg's and Husky normally won't do discounts like that. Luckily he had a 15% off code that he entered for me

My dealer tried to sway me into buying an Automatic and I told him if he wanted to sell me a new Tacoma his ass had best find me a DC OR (color didn't REALLY matter) with a 6-speed manual. Before I got home from the dealer he called me and the exact truck I wanted was delivered less than a week later.

Can anyone comment who has seen the Husky weatherbeaters in-person next to the Husky X-acts regarding the color? I saw a video on you-tube comparing the two and that guy thought they were a bit different colored, but that video wasn't the Tacoma mats. I am considering putting x-acts (for the softer/grippier feel) in front and weatherbeaters in back (partially for the additional texture on the transmission tunnel/hump). I've got three little rug-rats so there will be feet crawling across it all the time and I'm thinking the extra texture of the weatherbeaters may provide a little more traction/less chance for slipping when snowy/wet. Dumb idea?

@jkl16 The weatherbeaters are slightly darker, but not to the point of me being unwilling to mix and match. I actually have a full set of weatherbeaters front and rear that I am going to be posting for sale later today, but it's local pickup only since it is ridiculous shipping costs for them.

Just bought Husky X-act Contour liners for a 2016 Tacoma Limited. They beat out Weathertech and Toyota all weather. Best purchase I made. Weathertech is too rigid. Husky is heavy flexible rubber. You cannot go wrong with them. I now have a brand new set of Regular Toyota mats that came with the Limited and a set of all weather mats from Toyota. When I sell the truck I will give them to the new owner.

Anybody looking for a full set of weatherbeaters and lives in the North East, specifically central NY between Rochester and Albany, I just listed them on the 3rd gen marketplace.

I have the Husky Liners as well, I like the fact that the passenger side comes with an anchor to keep the mat in place. My factory carpet mats have not even been taken out of the factory sealed bag they came in. Husky for the win here..,

I went and looked at the WeatherTech floor mats and thought the same thing. Looked to thin and wouldn't hold up under everyday use here in the crummy Ill-ANNOY weather.

Does anyone make something decent for a manual transmission or am I and everyone else that prefers to drive a stick simply SOL?

I had previously checked out the X-act but failed to check the weatherbeaters to see if they had any for a manual. Thanks for the info!
