Oh, that's sad to hear. The coverage of the Weatherbeaters at least seems better than the Tacoma dealer all weather mats. Even though the market for manuals is small, it sure seems like they'd sell a bunch if they made the X Act Contours for Manuals. :annoyed:

I asked if Husky could do anything for me to help offset the cost of shipping the old liners back and this was their response.

Never hurts to ask but they said no.

“Unfortunately it is in our warranty policy that the customer does pay for the cost of shipping the liners back to us, and we pay to ship out the brand-new replacement set. As soon as we receive your liners back into our warehouse, they will be checked in, and a new set sent out. The turnaround rate on getting your liners back to you, is fairly quick.”

All they do with them is cut them up and recycle/trash them. You probably could of got the Ok to cut them up and stuff them in a smaller flat rate USPS box

Weird. They must have changed their policy.

When I had a passenger right keep curling up, I sent pictures and got a tracking number for a new set. Literally no questions asked.

I got the replacement liners and actually like them more than the ones I bought in 2015. They’ve improved them by adding screws that hold the passenger side mat in place.

Good customer service. The process was painless excluding the $20 I had to pay to ship the old mats back.

$20 for a brand new set to replace 4 years old mats...not a bad deal
