I think it's just the opposite. When I bought my truck, Weathertech didn't make any mats for the automatic. I had to go with the Huskys, which I'm glad I did. This was one of the negotiations I had with the dealer. When they wouldn't come down anymore on price, I said to throw in Floormats and it was a deal. Just pulled this from the email I sent to specify which ones I wanted.

I have the husky but the weathertech uses the oem clip to lock them in place. Not that it will move around any how.

Husky uses the OEM clip as well.

Well-I have another question? I went to autoanything and Amazon only to find out that the Husky X-Act only comes in black. I have a cement grey interior-has anyone used the black with the grey interior and how did it look? I'm on the fence about going with something in grey?? maybe I'm being stupid????

I have the black in mine and it's a perfect match with the grey interior.

I had the grey in my f250 and they got scuffed up pretty quick. I'd go with black. They will look better for a longer time.

Got husky floor mats. 100% better at keep mud and snow off the carpet/interior than all-weather oem floor mats.

Those are the Husky Weatherbeaters, not the Husky x-act contours.

Weathertech work OK but have a harder slippery plastic feel to them whereas the aesthetic softer rubber feel of the Husky seems to be preferred.

Husky X Act all the way. They have a more rubberized soft feel to them. I didn't like how the weathertecs had a plasticy feel that was very slippery if your shoes are wet or snowy. No issues like that with the Husky.

Does anyone have pictures of the Husky Weatherbeaters installed, or vs anything? Would prefer the Husky's but I'm getting a manual truck so the x-act's are out, interested how the Weatherbeaters are. Obviously Weathertech will be the other option, but always preferred the Husky stuff. Thanks,

I have the weathertechs in my tacoma and husky's in my wife Rav 4. Either are fine. The weathertechs are harder, some say slipperier and the husky's make an annoying squeaking sound when wet. I probably prefer the weathertechs as I have not had an issue with them being slippery, and they don't squeak.

I've got a manual, and I ordered both so I can do a side by side comparison, I will post pics and a write up on Thursday when they come in.

Finally got around to installing the Husky Front Floor Liners #13961. I let them sit in the sun for about an hour to soften up. Took a total of 5 minutes to remove the OEM mats and pop in the HL's. Fit was perfect and snug as expected. Coverage is #1 in my book. The cleats on the bottom will keep them from moving. Here is a pic of driver & passenger side:
    IMG_0942_f8f377d08c558b8fa6b9b7749734fb76972d5cdd.jpg

Here is the HL driver side mat and the OEM All Weather Mat for a side by side comparison. The extra coverage by the HL is obvious:

Here is the HL Passenger side mat beside the OEM All Weather Mat for a side by side comparison. Again the coverage between the two are obvious:
