Started experiencing something new on my last trip with the truck. Recently drove ~200 miles interstate and noticed when arriving at the hotel the passenger floor was soaked. Had the A/C on the entire time on recirculating. A/C blows extremely cold all the time and I have never had an issue before - I did have a vacuum pulled and new charge last summer. Pulled the floor back and ran the truck A/C on recirculate for ~25min today also pushed a stick into the drain to make sure it wasn't clogged.

I noticed after running the ductwork was all wet to the touch. I believe this is the source of my water issues as it drained well through the evap drain. Has anything experienced this before or does anyone have an idea what causes this? My only guess would be the drier or condenser but I'd rather not toss parts at it until I know.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Is it possible water was running out the duct work?

The first thing that comes to mind is a freezing evaporator core the melt water is running out the duct unable to drain fast enough.

No there is no water within the ducting, it is purely condensation on the outside of all the ductwork, similar to a beer bottle in the summer. It's never happened until this year or maybe I just never noticed it until now.
