I did the same thing with my old accord I had many years ago. It actually happened pulling out of my driveway in a torrential downpour the night of my baccalaureate ceremony for high school graduation. I had a CAI on it so the air filter was down in front of the passenger side tire behind the bumper. I had to back down the driveway in nuetral back into the garage. I actually took a bottle cap, drilled a hole in it so I could fit some clear fish tank tubing into it, Stuck that on the end of the shop vac and sucked the water out. I changed the oil and the cleaned the plugs really well. It ran rough and I let it idle for a while while is smoked a bunch of water vapor out the tailpipe. It ran fine after that.
