Hyperflash Tacoma unique issue

I came on this forum to try to find an answer but I think my situation is a little different.
My 22 Tacoma came with stock LED headlights,
I added some alpha Rex taillights and some cheap 30 ish dollar mirror turn signals. Everything has been good the last 2 years with them until now. I get the hyper flash on drivers side but only sometimes. Anyone experience anything like it or have some recommendations?

update: I just found out that it does it more when my night lights are on vs when only the DRLs are on.

 

Are any of your bulbs burnt out? Thats usually the cause.

When a bulb is "burn out" the resistance of that circuit changes which will cause a hyperflash.

Otherwise I would resistance check each turn signal circuit for the mirror and headlight in comparison to the other side and look for the outlier.
