Just got the hypertech in. Still waiting on the new rims.

The install seems super easy on the 3rd gens. I have a question about the computer set up.

Even though all the pictures showed the model with the display and key inputs, this is just a blank box. Do you hook it up to the computer ahead of installation and set the parameters? Or do you install the unit, and program it while in the truck?

Do you need to know, or care?
Set-up on PC first, set parameters, then install in truck.

set up was pretty quick and easy... just had to go to the website for software because computers don't use CD's anymore....

does it work good enough using the P sizes or is it better to go and measure the actual height of the new and old tires?

I'd like to know if this corrects both the analog and digital speedometers. I'm guessing both, but would just like to confirm.
