2008 white Tacoma SR5

Hey all, I have a 2008 regular cab Tacoma. Keep in mind OP, but hypothetically say I wanted to add a backup camera using all OEM equipment. Would all I need to change is the computer in the front, and the junction box on the driver side? Obviously add necessary additional wiring, and tailgate handle etc.
