Thanks! Turned out to be a lot closer in match than I expected for something I just grabbed off of the shelf! :)

Those mountain bike clamps in the bed of your truck, I am looking at these for mine. Curious on how you feel about them?

They were great! I needed up going a different route recently (at the helm fabrication system). When I had the ones in the picture they worked perfectly. Super secure. The only downside to them is they stick it about 10”-12” so if you’re loading anything over the sides of the truck they get in the way. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

Dang I was looking at those thanks! The ATH I'm assuming it is the front rail wheel chalk style and you just use ratchet straps around the handle bars to secure ?

Yeah. Pretty much. I actually use tie downs made more for motorcycles or dirt bikes as they have the soft loops built in. But you could use typical ratchet straps as well. Here’s a couple pictures. It wasn’t 100% secured down as I was only testing everything out after installing the ATH rail. As a note, for the ATH system you need the third rail in the front.

Nice I'm looking at something similar I don't want my bike hanging off the back. Drivers around here only a matter of time. Plus I have something else using the hitch receiver.

The black trim you have is that just a trim piece you snagged up and put on to avoid tire issues ?

Yeah. The edges weren’t sharp or anything, but I figured having it there wouldn’t hurt. It’ll also help other hints from running against it (just got done hauling some furniture, so it helped out there).

    Thanks!

I added the SokieTech bolt on struts. I’m not super thrilled with them; the mounting points aren’t really reinforced on our trucks, but I wasn’t a fan of drilling/riveting anything on either. They should have really come from the factory with hood struts, but it is what it is.

Hey brotha beautiful looking truck. Could you share a little more info on your phone mount? What is it being clipped to? Have any other photos you can show of it so I can get a better look? Cheers!

Thank you! Below are a couple more pictures. The mount just sticks to the dash with double sided tape, but it’s super strong.

It’s called the Scosche Magic Mount Pro Charge (something along those lines). They have a couple ones (vent, dash, etc). The one I bought is the dash mount with low profile surface mount (shown in the picture below).

It’s a wireless charger, but to be honest I don’t use the wireless charging feature. It’s pretty quick, but I like to be able to charge faster so I just keep the mount unplugged and use the normal iPhone charger.

As far as how your phone mounts, there are little magnetic plates you attach to your phone or your case. They only stick out a millimeter or so. They’re not very thick. They allow you to stick your phone to the mount and it be secure, but also to be able to use wireless chargers if you want (I use one at my desk daily without any issues).

right on thanks! that helps a lot. Ill look into this, I have a magnetic one now that clips to the vent but honeslty im sick and tired of the vent clips because I feel like it takes away the use of the vent so using an adhesive to mount it where you did seems perfect. thanks for the extra pics
