I’m lovin my Taco. I’m a little over the top by waving to other Tacos when I see them on the road

I thought the thing to do was to keep your light bar on all the time, I've been doing wrong...explains all the one finger waves I guess

 

I just give them the thumb up sign. You be cool

 

There’s way too many where I live to wave. I could care less that you have the same vehicle. When I had a wrangler I wouldn’t wave either. Not that I’m not friendly, I just don’t think you driving the same model vehicle as me deserves any extra attention.

 

And modded jeeps. And Miatas. And Hemmings grade classics.

Stock Tacos, not so much.

You get waved at if you have a motorhome too.

 

Driving my old bug gets me plenty of left arm exercise. Mostly from any other vw owners but allot of thumbs up too.

 

I never wave. If the other person's truck looks nice (i.e. not some landscapers beater taco) I might give a little sup head nod

 

I have a right foot... Wait, you have a right foot too?!... WAVE

 

In South Georgia everyone that drives any truck gives each other the "steering wheel wave". You know where you throw the fingers of the hand on the top of the steering wheel up. This is only on the country roads. Once you get into town that all stops.

 

It is a motorcycle thing, but I used to own a Jeep, and it's a Jeep thing too. I see a taco, I give the two or three fingers up off the steering wheel, sometimes get a response, sometimes not.

I ride a bike (Vstrom aka Wee) and always wave 75% wave back. I thought about a taco wave....

 

WRX was/is the magic peace sign.

By twisted habit I started doing that in my Taco. To other Tacos. No response.

Here is an oddity. Seems like there are not a brazillion Tacomas around. Especially new. I mean there are some. But not thick as fleas in the land of Subaru.

 

I’ll give a finger point or head nod to a modded Taco. But I’ll always let a Tacoma over in traffic or whatever.
