    Slow leak isn't as bad, lots of people ignore them and just top off the oil if needed. Some people spend crazy money to fix a leak that can be ignored by just adding more oil. $2000 buys a lot of it.

    Well, I spent $300. It was worth it to me to not mess with it myself, stop the leak, and keep the oil off my driveway. Would I have spent 2 grand? I doubt it. Heck $300 is just a trip to the grocery store and a tank of gas these days.
