    Another great option!
    I was towing a Rockwood A- Frame camper about 2500lbs total weight. I had the Firestone air bags which did a good job of preventing rear sag, but that was the only positive.
    They rode like crap when empty with only 7psi and they did nothing to improve suspension performance either loaded or empty. The bags also developed a slow leak, not the lines.[​IMG] [​IMG]
    I just installed a Roadmaster Active Suspension system and it works great! The truck handles great either loaded or empty with a very compliant ride, its slightly firmer, but in a good way.
    Absolutely no comparison between air bags and the Roadmaster setup.

    My current teardrop only weighs about 1500lbs, but my truck is packed with a canoe, generator, wood, coolers, full tank of gas and other gear. The Roadmaster system is adjustable and Im on the lightest setting.
    Definitely a great system!
