i carry a gun with me almost everywhere i go...i LIVE playing out scenarios in my mind constantly about what if

    i get that

but sometimes things dont go bad (more often than not surprisingly) and then when they dont go bad, someone like you likes to come in and critique how someone handled the situation

the situation was handled, the punk shouldve gone to jail, and no babies were shot

the anti-gun zealots wont like the outcome but those of us who live to protect others like it

you cant spend your life monday morning quarterbacking someone elses decisions

So ignorant. I can't talk to you guy's. You're all right. He did the right thing, brought his gun out where there were children and women. Stupid tragedies never happen in this world and nobidy has to think about what they are about to do. Later

Assault for sure.. possibly with deadly weapon

Battery if he hit the guy

child endangerment r/t to the weapon

    brandishing of that weapon

Forget about what he intended.. The road to hell is paved with good intentions right?

Now would any of this stick? Probably not.. BUT the DA couldn't give a rats ass about what sticks.. they will look for stuff to charge him with and he will still be required to post bail, hire an attorney and then be sucked into the nightmare of the "judicial sysytem"

Unless of course you are one of the many poor creatures that thinks its all about justice.. The DA would never ever throw charges at someone just for the hell of it right? And children would never be arrested, led out in handcuffs from school for doodling silly love notes on a desk.. right???

If you have half a brain, you know its never about intent, its all about who can get ahead on your ass and wallet... Its about wins and losses, not about justice.

Wake up.. and what are you going to do? Sue the DA????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH yeah.. sure..

Stay away my friend, getting yourself involved in shit like this will destroy your life.

Oh and remember , even if nothing comes of the arrest.. its still there for all to see. Forever on the internet.. think, backround checks

uh huh... People sad to say are not informed well when it comes to this kind of stuff.. its not taught in schools and it so needs to be..

    ok man

youre stuck on the "brandishing" or "flashing" too

AZ allows open carry...OP was within his legal rights to do so...i highly doubt even if the DAs office is like you think it is...that theyd slap those kind of charges on the OP...assault...MAYBE...the battery is a what-if...we just finished with that discussion

Oh God Kevin there are two of them on here now. I think they breed each other. Look at how many posts they have and it gives you an idea of how we should go about talking to them. Just a thought you know. Well it is bed time and I am going to pull a Tigerfan and go to bed.... Good night all!

Shift, In case you did not know, it IS still legal to keep a gun on your hip in some states...You must live a one of those stupid lib. states like me (NJ). Having a gun on your side when an incident happens dosent make you and Idiot.

Just ask Marcus Luttrell (if you even know who he is)...
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marcus_Luttrell

This is a hero who was diciplined enough to not shoot 2 mexicans who probably should not have been in the US to begin with. This is a man who could shoot the head off of a match stick...

The world is messed up because of criminals, not peace keepers.

:ohsnap: One is from NYC, I didnt check where the other one was from... Definately not from Texas that is for sure. I just love the conversation at this point. Happens every time. What will happen is Chris will come and close the thread and the rest of the Forum wont get to basque in Packerfans glory. Dang these newbies they always screw up a good thing.

I don't know where the fuck you live but I live in a free state and I can carry a God damn gun with me where ever the fuck I want to and I do.

I just noticed Shift is from the "newark area". No wonder... Shift, you have a million idiot gang members and morons who should not even have guns. Your comparing gansters from the hood, to responsible gun owners. America would be a better place if every state allowed open carry. Right now in NJ, only the morons carry (not legally) guns around, and look at the result...

Nicely done, Packer. More people need to be like you.

Less people need to be like Shift. That's the problem with America. Don't stick up for someone. Or if you do, don't do anything that might upset someone, and if you happen to have a gun on you, especially in a state that allows open carry, you should remove it immediately. You don't have any right to carry your weapon . What a dick. Get a clue dude.
