A good friend on mine had this happen years ago. He had to have blood transfusions and put oxygen and everything. It attacks your nervous system. Hope you get well and they figure it out and prayers for you!!

The 3rd gen forum really does have it all.

Good luck man. Its amazing how easy it is to take life for granted, this is a good reminder for us all of how fragile it is.

Glad those angels stopped to help you. Prayers to a full recovery as well. Time in the hospital is not fun and can be very scary. Hang in there.

Life is weird, All the best for your recovery.

My wife had a seizure in the passenger seat of my truck on the highway. I ran the red light I was approaching safely, pulled over and carryed her from the truck to a grassy area and put her in the recovery position. What sticks with me is not one person stopped to help despite us being in full view of every vehicle at the intersection. Just a bunch of people staring as they slowly drove by me trying to check her pulse and breathing while talking to the emergency operator.

Have you had a recent cut or infection from something like a toe nail clipped too short? That is what started meningitis in my Dad.

You can't blame people tho. They all have their own lil emergencies they're trying to snuff out.

Glad they are being thorough. It has been my experience that when they can't find the root cause they shrug and suggest it was mental not physical.

Don't let them take the lazy way.

When I read your story, I thought you were going to say the culprit was gasoline fumes or something insidious like that.

Man, this sucks for you, but we all really do hope it's not something that take long to get over.
