Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Easy lesson: spend the thousand bucks on that light bar in the mall you park in and save the $100 on a bracket for a light that is ghey.

I've drawn two for my Dad's previous Streetrods a '39 Chevy and a '41 Merc. He had them both machined at our local community college for the cost of the material plus a donation. Everyone wins!

    I'd buy a shift knob.

I'm not a machinist and wouldn't know but seems the easiest and cheapest to mass produce would be the most profitable. Ie: spacers and brackets (lean spacer, rear view mirror bracket, sway bar brackets, CB drop down spacers, etc).

How about a billet oil filler tube/neck with the TRD logo on the side?

Don't mean to be a downer but you've kinda got a solution in search of a problem here.

I too am a machinist, and I too subscribe to the don't make it if you can buy it philosophy. Not saying I don't make things but there has to be a good reason to justify the time.

With that being said, here's a couple of randoms on my truck...maybe some ideas for you.

Light bar mount to factory roof rack:
    IMG_1164_zpsn4lpf9ja_fd5bacc93b14671abb2da0ce33b7657cd8f99115.jpg

Overly complicated and not worth it shock clamps (another set below not visible):
    IMG_1162_zps8plqzt6m_33f9d81554f3e9368344ea12d9fe1429b913d3cf.jpg

My bedrack bars. Pocketed the angle aluminum to mate up to the 1" x 3" 8020. The crappy brackets shown hold my tent cot like a roof top tent (need to revisit these)

Beefed up front recovery point that can accept a shackle, for those of us with sport and sr5 models. I have one and I am sure plenty of persons would be interested.

I like the spacer for the super bumps! Looking for something similar to use with sumo springs.

See my thread here. I've been trying to get a taller mount to use with the Sumo Springs. Others have inquired about a bracket or spacers to use with a U-bolt flip kit.

i'll 2nd both these posts. I love making stuff for my vehicles or r/c trucks but finding the time away from the family to so and for a reasonable material cost. the last thing I made were mounts for my jack out of sheet metal scraps between machine cycles :spy:
