92C026BF-47FD-4B52-9F06-A516C176F74E.jpg I need some help folks. I have a 2021 Tacoma with JBL and car play tethered. While driving on the highway sometimes I can’t hear the people I’m talking to so I want to switch directly to the phone. My phone only gives me two options. One is Bluetooth and one is speaker. The phone option is not there unless I unplug the phone from the USB data port. Is anybody else having this problem? Thank you

And just to be clear, the image was taken to show all three options while using my AirPods or any Bluetooth device. While tethered I only get the Bluetooth icon, and pressing it gives me the speaker option only. The phone option reappears once unplugged from the usb data port.
