    except it took them several years to get the 3.4l and 4.0l superchargers CARB certified, they just got it last year. Not saying they can't or won't do it right out of the gate this time, but it certainly wasn't that way in the past. Maybe now that TRD is out of the game they'll make it more of a priority.

    I wonder if I would even need 4.88 gears with a supercharger. Supercharger would bring the power on at lower RPMs

    I think it takes time. The 3UR-FE engine's been around for 10years, that's why the Tundra's and Land-cruisers have them.
    Our 2GR-FKS is a brand new engine.
    I asked Vortech about it a while back, but never got a reply from them.
    I remember seeing a tundra with 476hp to the back wheels.
