    Sorry I didn't get onto this thread until today. It sounds like you and your family have gone through a tough couple of weeks. I'm praying for you. I've known too many people who have gone through the tough fight of cancer. Some have made it, and survived, my father and FIL did not. Never give up, and keep praying to God. It's nice to know there was some improvement today. Thank God for every miracle, no mater how big, or small.

    Thanks all. It's tough. He was telling dirty and borderline racist jokes just two days ago...Everyone is devastated but grateful we had this time, albeit short, to be with him and comfort him. He is one of those one in a million people. I am way better off as a person after knowing him, no doubt.

    Our family really appreciates your prayers and concern on our behalf.
