    OP (Mark) if you want to contact Toyota here is the number to call: Toyota Customer Experience Center at 1-800-331-4331 Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, or Saturday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Central Time.
    They will hear you out and they will explain what is going on (I called and told them I was unhappy). I believe they eluded to a replacement app (no specifics yet)
