Why do people put 20" rims on a OR truck?
Why do people plasti-derp/spray paint $30,000+ vehicles

Actually, mine don't count as Raptor lights because there are 4 of them...not 3.

 

I think it’s just times we live in. People are busy getting their gender re-assigned, so why not change up theirs truck’s identity while they’re at it?

 

I don't see the correlation between Tacomas and Raptors except for the lights.

Maybe those cut-out grilles too.

Raptor lights are about as cool as adding an Audi LED strip, or BMW Halos

They don’t. “Everybody” is a big generalization. The people that do this are a significant minority.

Your question should be’ “why does such a small minority want to make there Tacoma’s look like raptors.”

Actually, I see a lot of Taco owners getting rid of their stock grills to install the Pro or aftermarket. The chromed plastic cheese grater look is horrible.

6 cans of derp was cheaper than even the chinese pro grill, and made my truck look much better (IMO, fight me ). The grill now matches the fender flares and bumpers.

 

OP making it seem like 80% of Tacos have Raptor lights. Let them be happy if they like it, they're not bothering you

 

People are always going to copy one another, I don't really see how a handful of people adding amber lights in their grilles is that big of issue...you should ask the question why do people spend 70k on a "offroad" vehicle that doesn't leave pavement cause there are 2 in my complex that are showroom quality 24/7 and used to go 3 miles back and forth to college

 

You'd be laughing at the foreign exchange students here in my college. They drive 6x6's for fun on pavement

 

Exactly. And a lot also add Raptor style grills. You never see a ford swap to a pro style grille. Lol.

 

You can bet on that,and Ford knows it.Raptor are very nice looking trucks,LOOK'S sell just like with woman.
