I'm getting a 2017 four door but I don't have a garage to keep it in.

I really need to find a car canopy slash portable carport to keep it under. It can get super windy here so I need to keep it down and not all torn up.

I have a 2002 that was beautiful when I got it but now it looks like shit. My fault but hawaii is a harsh environment for trucks especially with no garage to call my own.

    Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I feel for you. Salt air is a beast that is harsh on everything.

If you are talking about one of the tarp type canopies good luck. I have used a couple of different tarp sheds over the years and even tucked in an L shaped corner on the opposite side of the house from the prevailing winds. They just don’t last. The buffeting against the frame and the suns rays destroy them. My current one is in a similar location and I went for the best cover material offered and 4 years later it is coming apart.

IF you are allowed to build a permanent carport go that way. Doesn’t have to be fancy. But it will last a lifetime. One thing to think about is if the cheap tarp type ones get torn from the support ropes they will tear up your truck as the poles etc try every way to scrape, poke and destroy your truck.

You ever see My 600lb life? They cut out a large portion of the wall to haul the people out. If I were you, I'd cut out the living room wall and build a driveway to it. That way you can drink beer, watch tv, and chill with your truck! Or just leave it outside...

OMG! I live in a tropical forest. I have to walk out to where my tuck parks. Not only would I have to cut a hole in the wall, not my wall by the way, but I'd have to build a ramp, not on the ground, and I'd have to cut down some HUGE trees and a lot of palms.

You might be able to get a surplus parachute out there- wont keep it dry but will help keep grime and leaf stains off it. Google “surplus parachute” and see what you find at local ArmyNavy stores.
