    Here is another of the AT assembly. After this thread, I am really considering a change to delrin for the core, because the thread is 28 pitch ...which really increases the gall potential. It would probably be alright for the mindful, but I need to make this thing idiot proof.

    That would be ideal for production. Making a few here and there really bites into my time.

    Being a non-vendor, I cannot take money in advance ... so things get tricky. As you can imagine, I get a lot of interested people that change their mind when it comes time for the wallet to come out(4 or 5 just this past week). It's not so bad, because it motivates me to make parts that will eventually sell. BUT, I can't feasibly offer coating options because larger lots would help absorb the added cost. Coating a few here and there would price these things well out of range.

    Hey guys, question!

    Bought a hot dog. While trying to add mustard, the condiment went everywhere. My clothes are ruined.

    The hot dog stand guy failed to give me directions.
