So I've had many different tires on various vehicles.

BFG KM2 on 2014 AEV Jeep Rubicon

Goodyear Wrangler MTR ON 2003 jeep rubicon

    Toyo open country on f150

Nitto terra grappler at2 on Silverado

So far the bfg ko2 has been a good all terrain tire. no matter how much we like to rip on mall crawlers, almost everyone here does over 75% of their driving onroad. The manners of the ko2 on road is excellent and off road it does a decent job. No AT tire is good in mud.

I had KO2s on my Colorado Z71 before I traded it in (I since kept them to use on my Taco when my DynaPros wear out). Anyways, When I had my KO2 on the Chevy, I can agree they they did kick up a lot of rocks. My office is next to a dirt/gravel road that we use to park our semi-trucks etc and I drive up and down it 5 days a week. I always had rocks lodge in the tires and then fling as I was driving down regular streets on the way home. My Dynapros obviously do it also, but not quite as bad. Either way, it was not something I really worried too much about. I expect it from an AT. But I just had a similar experience of the KO2 holding rocks more than other ATs I have owned over the years (including the KO1, Kuhmo Venture etc).

That being said, I love KO2s. They look great, have excellent manners on the road and trail. I loved them last winter in the snow too.

The Goodyear Authority is actually a very good tire, the reviews will back this up. I had a set on my 2010 4Runner and they performed really good. They perform great in the snow and loose stuff. They are louder than the BFG's , but not by much for an aggressive tire design.

I have about 20k on my BFG KO2s and I'm very happy with them. They handle fine on the road and they've done great off-road too. If I thought they sucked I'd be the first to say it, but so far so good.

Ran the tko2s for a while then switched to nittos new all terrain they released in July. Found my new permanent tire for on and Offroad use and would highly recommend. Has a pretty impressive dual side wall design and come in a 6 or 10 plyimage.jpg

That's the only bad thing. They only have 3 or 4 sizes out right now if I'm correct. You'll love these tires when you get a set though. So far I'm waiting for winter to hit Colorado to see if they really do out perform the tko2

So many good tires out these days it's hard to go wrong--except maybe for purpose/application.

I had BFG KO2s fitted last week (265/75/16) and they have improved the ride and handling. The trade-off is weight, which can felt in acceleration and braking, but only minimally so.

I have K02s and I love them. But yeah, they do kick up rocks something fierce. E-rated for what its worth. They are great on the trails though, best off-road tire I've ever had that also works great while daily driving.

So far my KO2 have been great. But it's on a daily driver. No real mud, no ice or snow.

Saw a cherokee at the bottom trying to momentum his way up, when he couldn't go any further I reversed back up to him and offer help. Lol yes he was 4x4 as well. And i have video going up and down in 18 inches if snow if need be I can upload it to youtube
