Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

I supervised the pre-employment background investigation unit (civillian and sworn) for the Nevada Department of Public Safety (for you eastern guys, State Police)) for a couple of years. You would cringe at the written applications and sitting in on interviews.
