I FINALLY FOUND THE HUMMING NOISE ON 2014 SPORT

I don't think this has been posted before. Just an FYI.
I occasionally heard a humming noise in my garage that I could not find. I finally leaned over in the bed of my 2014 Sport TRD and heard the hum. I slid under the truck and found the noise coming from the gas tank and could feel the electrical wires above the tank vibrating. I called the local Toyota dealer and the repair rep. said it was a "self check" designed to pressurize the gas tank and check for fuel system leaks. This self check probably lasted close to 10 minutes and I'm not sure how often this test occurs.
