Well after a month of searching I finally found my Tacoma. I had to compromise a little in color and transmission. Overall I think ill still be happy with what I got.

I know, after reading a couple of threads I've got so many ideas. I almost got a 2007 that already had a 3" lift and a couple other things, but the dealer wouldn't budge on the price.

Well see how long it takes for the modifications to start. Hopefully I can keep it stock for a while and save some cash (I know Im dreaming)

The more you read about the manual on this site, I think you will be happy you went with the auto...

    Congrats.

Congrats OP! The 5-speed automatic is a great transmission. You won't regret that "compromise".

Right now, Im gonna keep it stock. I will be getting a raise at work in the next few months, then well see. What I would like is a 3" lift, 33's and some wheels. Maybe an exhaust.
