Looks good in the driveway -

If I were a rich man I'd buy up every 2023 I could and just sit on 'em.

I can only imagine the 4th gen 4 cylinder engines are going to go oingo-boingo after 50-60 thousand miles and in their
infinite wisdom, Toyota will release a 5th gen that will be a 3-cylinder ultra-turbo quasi-electric 'thing' with sine fancy
bells and whistles with a towing capacity of 500 pounds at a cost of 100k for the base model.

You got a nice one there - take care of it and it will take care of you.

At least the 4 cylinder won’t bust a coolant pipe and it probably won’t leak from the timing cover either. My money is on the turbo 4 being a more reliable engine overall.

I don't get all the bad grammar, spelling, and just bad communication skills on the interweb.
Is it perhaps poor voice to text?
    Lack of education?
So many have poor communication skills because they have computers and things like spell check?
Seems sad and bad to me.

Could be, and if true then I'll be a believer.
Then again I'll be mingling with the stars so it won't do me any good.

Oh wait… we do have unpaid proofreaders with lots free time

I mean that is the whole point. Toyota was built on reputation. When stuff changes, the best thing to do is sit back and watch. It took me a couple mistakes on early production run purchases.

I enjoyed our cars with turbos. They ran well for a long time and were fun to drive.

Service history on the new stuff will tell all. It is still way too early to know.

8AR more reliable than tried and true 2GR? idk.. Not to say the 8AR is going to be unreliable like all these angry old heads are lol, but I cant imagine itll be any better than the 2GR-FKS.
