I drove around today and checked all 6 different lots and also the surrounding neighborhood with no luck. I also reported it to the security office but they said that they are not the police and will not do any investigation but they will keep an eye out for the altima. So I dont know what that really means since they do have quite a few accidents in the parking lots, but im still hopefull. They also said that if I do find the plates of the person who hit me, they will be able to tell me the persons name because vehicals are registered through the parking passes. Also they would report him/her to the dean with a likely chance of expulsion.

My best luck for finding them will probably be tomorrow morning because classes at SBCC are usually every other day, and since they hit me on Monday, they should have class tomorrow morning. And I will be driving around for as long as it takes.

When I was looking around today I was able to make out exactly what model Altima it was by matching the style of brake light that they left on the ground to a 4th generation altima 2007 and up. Now I just have to find them.

I'll keep you posted on what happens tomorrow.

awesome, but I'd check all the surrounding body shops for a similar car asap, if the person isn't showing up, they're probably getting as ride because the altima is in the body shop.

Update please? What happened on Wednesday? Did you find the tool?

You said in your last post that vehicles are registered through parking passes on campus? Earlier you said there were no parking passes? I'm confused. If vehicles are registered on campus through parking passes then get a list of white altimas registered on campus and track it down.

Eariler I said that we didnt have to register our vehicals to get our passes, but I was wrong you do have to give the plate number to get your pass in your freshman year or if you get a new car, Its just a couple years so I forgot we did that. But they said they will not look up all the altimas because they are not the police and will not investigate, bullshit!

As far as an update I have no good news, I traveled every parking lot every day at least once a day and also checked the neighborhood with no luck. Either they arent taking that car to school anymore or they are not coming to school anymore.

dam that sucks that they wont even look up the car at the school. What a bunch of lazy asses. The altima was probably just a visiting car and most likley it wont be back for a while.

Sorry to hear it! I would take your situation to a dean of the school and have them overide the rent a cop campus police decision.

No, I wish i could have though. They just painted the passenger side of the bed. My hood could use a new paint job but they wanted $4100 to paint the cab. Thats half of what I bought the truck for so thats definatly not gunna happen right now.

and Thanks man they did a good job and its great to have her back again.

Its already fixed as shown in the pics above. I thought about buying a wrap around rear bumper like the all pro one but I couldnt afford it along with paying the deductable. I really wanted to get it fixed instead of taking the money cause 1 it looked horrible and 2 it took off the paint and it was already starting to rust.
