    Just for the record, OP, you have 45 days from the date you send money, to get it back. As long as you listed it as a goods or service.
    If you gifted him the money...you might be SOL. I ALWAYS just pay extra to cover the fee's and list as a "good" so if anything happens I can get my money back.

    I hope you do get the funds back or what you bought to begin with, your choice... I was not so lucky way back when, bought some shifter knobs and window cranks for a Suzuki Sammy I had, paypal was no help at all for me back then... There was 114 of us this guy scammed...

    I just never work that way and tend to trust to easy I guess... Best of luck with all this!!!
