Harassed them at the FJ summit two weeks ago. Should be ready for SEMA in Nov. Tooling up for production currently.

But they could be blowing smoke ymmv.

I have a 2019 trd v6 off-road Tacoma.I emailed superchargeronline and they replied with this. (Hey man, negative, but I believe they are working on one for your truck. Would you like me to put you on our list, so when it is available I can contact you?) this came from

I just spoke with Magnuson, and received similar info. Intro at Sema, producing parts, put me on the list to purchase... folks on the list will be offered the first run. I'm considering becoming a dealer/vendor.

    A bunch....
And if you look at the bottom line of the "Description" section, it says "The next milestone ahead is actual production of the C38R and bringing it to the market."

So, yet more smoke and mirrors.

I spoke to Magnuson at the off-road show in Pomona last weekend and they confirmed that the supercharger for the gen3 will be released at SEMA and will be available before the end of the year. I was put on the list to be notified as soon as they were available.

The supercharger was teased at SEMA yesterday. There’s a video showing it off on YouTube that I saw. 30% HP and torque increase over stock for $6.5k is what they’re asking. You can install it yourself. They said it should be available in the first quarter of next year.

Personally don’t think the price is worth ~80 HP though

Just noticed on the Magnuson page it now says up to 50% increase power up from the original 30%. This would place the power levels to around what a Gen 1 Coyote would be 412 horsepower. I'm guessing they are shooting for the 400 number or close to it. This gives a lot more bang for your buck if this is true and poops on the 4Runner/2nd Gen numbers which I felt it would just due to the design of the engine and that it's Port and Direct injection it has all the fuel with forged crank and rods.
