I had a code po171, system to lean, bank 1.

    toyota tacoma 4x4 2001 2.7 eng
    I was told to clean the maf sensor but this didn't help. The truck starts fine but when I push the accelerator to move it hesitates, has lack of power and barely moves. After pushing the accelerator up and down several times the truck runs fine with no further problems. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Mine hesitated slightly and only was fixed after replacing milt maf. However only when I started it for ~15 seconds

    I had that too. Replaced my o2 sensor that is before the first cat. Fixed my issue
