I'ma serious CL troll, I have bartered and had my entire house painted for stuff I couldn't sell after 5 weeks posting on CL, had a guy come over and do 35 hours of professional landscaping for a 10 year old lawn mower and edger that weren't running, sold stuff I would have given away free, etc. I have purchased bikes, furniture, and tons of other stuff for dirt cheap, cheaper than I could have found anywhere else. Yes, CL is full of scammers, time waisters and scumbags but there are lot of people who need stuff, need to sell stuff, want to trade their skills for goods they can use, and if you do your due diligence you can do great on CL (but you can also get burned unfortunately). This weekend while I was working on my house I had posted ads to sell a silly fold out chair and some old surfing magazines, made $30 and bought some pizza for me and my bros helping me...I fing love CL.

    Shitty deal...

I bought my Iphone 4S off a guy on CL...he met me at a sprint store to have it hooked up. Even stuck around so the sales people could make sure it was legit.
