i hate cell phones

I have Tmobile, works good for me. Not the best, not the fastest. But it gets the Job done. I have a G3, but i'm always one the lookout for New phones. If anyone ever wants to get the "scoop" on phones, go to www.phonescoop.com thats were I would do most of my research. I used to work at radio shack, and sold ATT, Sprint phones, but I never pressured people to buy a phone. I guess that's why they let me go

they have credited my account but are still calling me 1 week after telling me they are unable to confirm i have a camera phone. i told them to call my closest vz store and explain the problem and i would make the trip up to prove to them my phone has a camera. they said they could not do that. i asked how i was suppose to prove i had a camera phone and they said they would continue to try to figure that out. a week later and they still dont believe i have a camera phone and still refuse to give me the unlimted pic messaging i had with alltel. i dont care how stupid you might be, you cant argue that taht is shit poor customer service. so once again, fuck off asshole. i dont need your borderline retarded, newbie ass telling me its my fault.

eh, i kinda agree. i got mine because i was a real estate agent. i'm not anymore but i realize that now taht i have a BB i am less reliant on technology. i know which emails are important and which ones aren't, which means i only log into my email account once every week or so instead of every day. plus instant phone numbers and maps are nice when you're on the road. of course i dont agree that only "queers" have iphones and BB's

i agree. their service is so good but dealing with them is next to impossible

 

I have the iPhone. Generally, I love it - and AT&T hasn't been bad. I just wish it didn't cost $100 a month. I keep hearing from my friends who have spent time in Europe that we pay about 3 times as much for phone service here in US / Canada.

I do like my iPhone, I use it for all kinds of stuff.
In fact, talking is the thing I use it for the least.

My friend jailbroke his iPhone and runs it on T-Mobile.
Has most of the functionality - but a lot cheaper bill than I have.

 

well i'm paying about $110 a month now, but the iphone i priced online was about $120 with less minutes. not sure why the iphone plan is so damn expensive. it really pisses me off

 

Takes a real big man to cuss somebody out over the phone and the internet. Short mans syndrome? Back to the point, I agree that its poor customer service, I would go to the store. I know it's far but in my experience they will get the problem fixed. Just don't leave till they do.

 

I would be very surprised if Apple signed into another contract like that. There are very few people who don't want an iPhone...but there are tons of people who don't want to leave VZW coverage. NOw that the hype is out there and the kinks are worked out- Go bigger...

I also heard that AT&T may be considering a Windows Compatible phone on exclusive contract.

As far as "tied to the network" I have no idea. I'm sure there is some optimization that has/can be done...and I'm sure it's just as easy to set it up for the VZW network. VWZs 4G service debuts sometime over the summer...if an iPhone is coming- It'll be then.

I'm going to be lookin at a BB Tour pretty soon I think....

 

AT&T is the way to go my other half works for the cooperate side of Verizon and she drops calls all the time and I laugh at her because I always have full bars when she drops a call Get the iphone I have had it sense they came out with them and love it!
