I push dual exhaust cuz IMO the Tacoma's badassness stops short of the boring single pipe:) it cries out for duals!

my first mods have been a bed box $120, a $16 expanding bed bar is an amazing thing too. thick hex tread floor mats for maybe $20
just got a bull bar (99 plus shipping), used off road lights (30) and vent visors (40)- which like they say- end up being more useful than i ever thought.
also mounted a hammock net on the rear wall of my reg cab.(12)
and a gun rack (10)- good for tons of things besides rifles!

all of this probably cost me $375 to $425. you just have to hunt the good sales!

Hell no-but it could mean you breathing too much exhaust at the light:eek: naw IMO you should have something showing to put a sig on all that beautiful sound-otherwise folks think it's just an exhaust leak:D

its not cut that far up haha...i dumped it at the axle so it still sort of comes out the side of the back...more towards the wheel well now though

judging by my truck...people probably assume its an exhaust leak anyways

ive found that the more i do to my truck...the further people stay away from it...which i like...it could be the arabic "STAY BACK" sticker on the tailgate too though :D

Tints or the 3 inch lift make the most dramatic change in appearance. But the lift is $300, but install, if you can't do it is another $300.

Yes, for investment advice. What exactly is an "advestment"?

I would put some 5100's on it.

Oh yeah, I heard of him. Would've helped out, but I don't think he ever came to NY. Not that we really have any place to ride unfortunately. :(

yeah dude. everybodies pretty much rite. best investment would be seat covers vents and bug deflector first off. that way u can keep it kinda clean and neat. then id have to say some black NFAB sliders or a toolbox. take a look at my truck for ideas. speedway blue tacos look good no matter what u do. the floormats, covers and the deflector and vents shouldnt be much over a hundred bucks or so.

Careful on the bug deflectors though.... I've heard the way a few mount they scratch the paint on the hood underneath them. Some are better than others from what I've read. Not sure which ones though. I know I just kept reading complaints about them and people just saying to take them off over on TN.

yeah....the toyota bug deflectors are crap. you put on a little shitty piece of mylar tape, but it comes off after a few months, and the clips dig into the hood.

if you want a good bug deflector......get one made by wade, as they are really good, or one held on by 3m tape.

mines a ventshade that has 3m tape AND some screws that go into the holes already on the underside of the hood. it doesnt budge. lol also comes with little rubber studs that stick on the hood between the deflector and the paint JIC s/o leans against it and it touchs the paint.
