Hey, mine is stamped California, and it rattled like a bony old lady! Took six trips to the dealer before it was silenced to satisfaction. Does/did yours rattle?

    Lots.
Sad story about that place. Drugs are so bad in that area that all of the higher ranking employees are flown into work everyday. A high ranking employee was driven in and was caught in the middle of a drug war in the middle of the day and was killed along with everyone else in the convoy.

Was told that story by the TSB manager for the factory in Indiana.

Very sad.. Was a time when you could go down there to T.J. and grab a nice lobster meal a little cerveza maybe a trip to Ensenada. Now you have to cover your ass all the while stayin outta the payola game with the federalis. The cops are finding headless corpses and execution style shootings 9-11 a week. The place just isn't a safe place to visit!
    Sad really..

As soon as I got across the federalis were there telling me I to come back cuz they wanted to talk to me... Fuck that

damn it ed, you just shattered my view of all Mexicans. Oh well, i still have texan and canadian stereotypes to stick to. and if you see my sister tell her to stop slumming around and come home, my opossum stew isn't gonna cook itself

and i'll tell you again, i still dont believe you. i dont trust anything a Texan says

i dont think so. I'm pretty content with my "Santa Anna" view of Mexicans. tequila, belts full of bullets, and firing pistols up into the air while dancing around a hat. :D

ok here's a comparison beteween made in mexico or usa.

i have a friend who has one made in usa, is an 06 acces cab prerunner off road, mime is double and sport when i started having issues with mine i ask him what kind of problems he had have with his and his answer was this, the battery died, have a malfunction with a sensor of the air bag and upper compass console stop working, all this between 2 years of purchase, the coincidence was that i have the same problems no more no less. so make your conclusions.

oh and the mexican tacomas don't need the rear suspension tsb cause its made the right way the first time. :D
