I have the same issue, only with a completely different project build. Fortunately I just got the last remaining item I needed: time.

Haha the only thing I have sitting around is a spare set of wheel bearings, brakes and cv. Oh and bushings to replace on the UCAs. The Hammer Hangers just arrived so I don’t count that yet since I’m still waiting on Toyota for other new stuff to install at the same time. It’d bother me if I was in your situation. Either be real with yourself and sell the things or get to work.

If some of those parts are wrong or don't fit you're stuck with them. Too late to return them now.

I’m the opposite. When the order is made I start tracking the shipments. When it hits the door I start the project, sometimes i remove what I am replacing before the box shows up, cause I can’t wait To get it installed.

Granted this is on my other truck a 97 powerstroke. The Tacoma is now just my commuting/hunting/adventure vehicle.

With the money I don’t have, my wife would kick me out if I had a stash of boxes like yours. So props for maintaining relationship I guess?

That’s one hell of a stack of projects....

I have a Harrop rear locker that's been sitting in my garage for about 3-1/2yrs. I've never opened it.
